A Province or Territory (ex: at the provincial sport organization or Club level)

- British Columbia
- Manitoba
- New Brunswick (Select Sport New Brunswick for the organization)
- Newfoundland and Labrador
- Nova Scotia
- Northwest Territories
- Nunavut
- Ontario
- Prince Edward Island
- Quebec
- Saskatchewan (Select Sask Sport for the organization)
- Yukon
The National Level Affiliation (ex: TEAM Canada or Canadian Championships)
Volleyball Canada Complaints apply only to all Volleyball Canada staff, volunteers and programs at the National and National Team levels such as Volleyball National Team programs, VC staff/contractors, VC volunteers and National/International Referees.
