We are committed to enacting and enforcing strong, clear, and effective policies and processes for preventing and addressing all forms of misconduct or maltreatment.

ALIAS Reporting Service aims to help you report wrongdoing and situations that may be deemed inappropriate as it pertains to the Universal Code of Conduct to Prevent and Address Maltreatment in Sport (UCCMS). This application allows you to make a report anonymously.

What is your report about ? 

• Misconduct of a Sexual Nature
• Misconduct not Sexual in Nature such as physical or psychological maltreatment, neglect, harassment and discrimination.

*Administrative Concerns should be reported to your local association and handled according to the local complaints process, for instance, coach assignments, player evaluations and selections.
