ALIAS Reporting Service aims to help you report wrongdoing and situations related to sanctioned activities that may be deemed inappropriate. This application allows you to make a report anonymously.

What is your report about ? 

• Misconduct of a Sexual Nature
• Misconduct not Sexual in Nature such as physical or psychological maltreatment, neglect and discrimination

*Administrative Concerns should be reported to your local association and handled according to the local complaints process, for instance, coach assignments, player evaluations and selections.
