ALIAS Reporting Service aims to help you report wrongdoing and situations that may be deemed inappropriate. This application allows you to make a report anonymously.

Please consult Appendix B1 of the Ontario Soccer Policies document for more information.

What is your report about ? 

• Misconduct of a Sexual Nature
• Misconduct not Sexual in Nature such as physical or psychological maltreatment, neglect, harassment, discrimination and fraud.

*Administrative Concerns should be reported to your district and handled according to the local complaints process, for instance, scheduling times, coach assignments, player evaluations and selections.
