If the behaviors could be defined as physical or sexual assault, please note that the wrongdoing can lead to criminal charges. This is why we strongly recommend reporting to a police service. We also recommend, if you need it, to be supported by someone you can trust in your surroundings, from your workplace or a health care professional. In order for the organization to take action and stop these behaviors, you must include as many details as possible in your report. Do not hesitate to provide us with the names of witnesses who will be able to provide details about the situation and the people involved, including those who commit these actions. 

As the author of the report, you can choose whether to identify yourself or not. If you prefer to stay anonymous, we respect your choice. All along the next communications you will have with the person in charge of handling your report, you will be able to add these details if you deem it relevant and you are more comfortable doing so.
