IMPORTANT MESSAGE
In view of the entry into force of the Protecteur de l’intégrité en loisir et en sport, we inform you that the complaint management mandate granted to the Complaints Officer under the Integrity Policy will end permanently on June 7, 2025.
Until then, the complaint form will remain accessible.
Starting April 21, 2025, for complaints of a sexual nature or those where the safety of the alleged victim is compromised, the Complaints Officer will make the necessary reports (e.g., to the Director of Youth Protection) and take other required actions in such situations.
For other complaints, the work of the Complaints Officer will be limited to analyzing their admissibility. Admissible complaints will be transferred to the Protecteur de l’intégrité en loisir et en sport, who will handle them in accordance with the new provisions of the Loi sur la sécurité dans les loisirs et les sports, upon taking office.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this transition period.
